North Carolina is at Georgia Tech. Recent history shows that North Carolina has a tough time winning in Atlanta. Georgia Tech is coming off of a great road series win at Miami. North Carolina fought and won the series vs. Virginia. I am going with Georgia Tech this series. They have the power to really put a hurting on North Carolina. No Sweep.
Another key matchup is LSU at Georgia. Both LSU (6) and Georgia (3) are high in the Top 25.
The both are coming off of key series wins. A player to look out for on UGA is Rich Poythress who had 4 HRs and a .600 weekend batting average. LSU has faced some tough competition and came through. I am going with LSU this weekend.
#8 UC Irvine is at #1 Cal State Fullerton. This might be the biggest series this weekend. Both coming off strong weekends. Cal State held on to the #1 ranking for the second week in a row. UC Irvine can pull the upset if their pitching staff can live up to their highest potential. Cal State will keep the #1 ranking and win the series 2-1.

Florida State at #11 Miami.
#17 Oklahoma State at #9Texas.
